Our current global crisis is bringing me more deeply home – to myself, my family, my home and my community, to share space and process the changes we are navigating as a species.

Wherever you are in the world, if you would like to connect during this time, please join me for mindfulness, sharing listening space with other moms and/or virtual tea. These free virtual offerings below will be hosted on Zoom video and will be continued through at least April 12, 2020. Sign up for connection info at bottom of this page.

Morning Mindfulness – All Ages – Weekdays at 10am EST
We will meet for about 20-30 minutes to practice mindfulness based on the Mindful Schools curriculum, creating space to slow down, reflect and calm. All ages will benefit and are welcome.

Mom’s Cave – Wednesdays at 8pm EST

We will meet for an hour to practice mindfulness, share reflective listening space, honor emotions and anchor into strength as we end the day.

Virtual Tea – Availability varies between 7am-9pm EST

One on one or small group conversation to compassionately come together, share concerns, support and solace.
